Section 1 – What Do We Do With Your Information?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, address and email address.

Depending on how you respond to permission requests in our app, we may record mobile device identifiers that allow us to send notifications. The primary purpose of these notifications is to provide order status updates.

We also record anonymised data, with no recorded links to you, for:

  • Gauging usage of the website and apps through Google Analytics.
  • Identifying failures within the mobile app so developers can resolve issues in future updates.

The mobile apps may provide options to use your device's location services. Location and beacon services are used only to facilitate:

  • Identifying the nearest stores.
  • Populating delivery address fields.
  • Informing stores of your proximity for collection orders when within range of their beacon devices.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol address to provide information that helps us understand your browser and operating system.

  • Address: An address is not mandatory for collection orders. You will be asked to provide an address when requesting delivery. A billing address may also be required by a payment provider for security purposes.

  • App interactions may be collected and shared with Firebase services to perform basic usage analytics. This information is used for analytical purposes.

App Information and Performance

  • Crash logs may be collected through Firebase. These logs are not associated with a specific user or device and are used to support future development and resolve technical issues.

Section 5 – Third-Party Services

Third-party providers used by us generally collect, use and disclose information only to the extent necessary to provide their services.

Certain providers, including payment gateways and transaction processors, maintain their own privacy policies concerning the information required for purchase-related transactions. We recommend reviewing their policies to understand how they process personal information.

Some providers may be located in a different jurisdiction from you or us. When you proceed with a transaction involving such a provider, your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which that provider or its facilities are located.

Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service may no longer apply.
